Wattle Watercolour Workshop

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Adult Workshops. We understand that life happens and things can change, so we want to be clear about our terms and conditions up front. Secure your place: Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so check your email address carefully and look out for an automated confirmation email.
If you didn't receive a confirmation email after your payment, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact us at 0421 945 747. Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates and times here through our website. We send a reminder email 48 hours prior to your workshop. You have purchased a ticket and we have held this spot for you, purchased materials and turned others away, so we can not issue credits or a refund if you do not show up. Feel free to contact us on 0421 945 747 anytime to clarify session times. Cancellations: If you cancel within 7 days of your booked workshop, we cannot provide a refund due to changes in your circumstances. We encourage you to send your ticket to a friend to take your spot and make their day! If you cancel prior to 7 days of your booked workshop, we will offer you the option of a gift card for the purchase amount, or a credit transfer. If there is no suitable workshop, you can transfer your ticket to a gift card. The gift card will be for your ticket price and is valid for 12 months. Please contact our office directly to arrange a credit transfer or gift card.
